Singapore Pass

Foreign professionals, managers, executives and technicians are allowed to work in Singapore. Candidates need to earn at least 5,000 Singapore dollars per month. As of September 1, 2023, those applying for an Employment Pass (EP) must not only meet the minimum salary threshold but also obtain a certain score in the "Complementarity Assessment Framework" (COMPASS).

Suitable for top talents in business, art and culture, sports, as well as academic and research fields. Individuals who have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least 30,000 Singapore dollars (or equivalent foreign currency) in the past 12 months, or who will earn a fixed monthly salary of at least 30,000 Singapore dollars from a new Singapore employer. Individuals who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in the fields of culture and art, sports, and academic research are eligible, even if they do not meet the salary criteria.

Applicable to professional personnel. Starting from September 1, 2023, applicants will need to earn at least 3,150 Singapore dollars per month. From September 1, 2025, the salary requirements for applicants will undergo further adjustments.

Applicable to semi-skilled foreign workers in the fields of construction, manufacturing, maritime shipyards, processing or service industries.

Suitable for high-income employment pass holders or overseas foreign professionals. It is not restricted by employers and is more flexible than an employment pass.

For foreign entrepreneurs who wish to establish and operate a business in Singapore that is supported by venture capital or possesses innovative technologies.

Applicable to the spouses and children under 21 years old of those holding PEP (Personal Employment Permit); spouses and children under 21 years old who are unmarried and holding Entrepass (Entrepreneur Permit) (including legal adopted children/adolescents); spouses and children under 21 years old who are unmarried and holding EP (Employment Permit); spouses and children under 21 years old who are unmarried and holding SP (Special Permit).

顶级专才准证 (Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass,简称ONE
Pass)
适用于商业、艺术和文化、证体育,以及学术和研究领域的顶尖人才。过去1年内赚取至少30.000新元(或等值外币)的固定月薪,或者将在未来的新加坡雇主那里赚取至少30.000新元的固定月薪。在文化艺术、体育、学术研究领域取得突出成就的个人,即使不符合工资标准也有资格。
S Pass
(简称SP)
适用于专业技术人员。从2023年9月1日起,申请人每月需要赚取至少3.150新元。从2025年9月1日起,申请人的薪资要求将有进一步的调整。
Work Permit (简称WP)
适用于建筑,制造,海事造船厂,加工或服务业的半熟练外国工人。
家属准证 (Dependant’s
Pass,简称DP)
适用于PEP(个人化就业准证)的配偶/21岁以下的小孩;Entrepass(创业准证)的配偶/21岁以下未成婚的小孩(包括法定养子/女);EP的配偶/21岁以下未成婚的小孩(包括法定养子/女);SP的配偶/21岁以下未成婚的小孩(包括法定养子/女)。
